With over 28 million customers, HappyDigits is one of the biggest customer incentive programs in Germany. HappyDigits is operated by CAP Customer Advantage Program GmbH, a joint venture by Deutsche Telekom and KarstadtQuelle.

For the management of the huge marketing campaigns of CAP GmbH, Ancud IT developed the open source workflow portal "CAPassist". The main challenges of the project were the integration of the single production steps and different service providers (marketing consultancies and copy shops).

CAPassist contains the business intelligence application CAPbudget. This budgeting and reporting tool helps CAP GmbH to control and manage the budget process. That way, planned costs can be compared with real expenses at a glance. In addition, the application features calendarization, cancellation and rebooking.
